Patrick Menard (Cholet, 1976) is a graduate in Real Estate Heritage Management from the University of Angers - ESTHUA (France).
It brings over two decades of experience in construction, renovation, and maintenance in the world of luxury hotels, such as for the groups: Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and AccorHotels, as well as world-renowned establishment like the Ritz Hotel in Paris.
Effective strategist and skilled negotiator, he has a deep knowledge of the industry and the ultra-luxury niche. And having worked on different continents has helped him forge an adaptable character and build a diverse and global view.

María Constanza Sacchet (Buenos Aires, 1978) is an architect graduated from Buenos Aires University, specializing in project management and real estate business with masters and postgraduate degrees from Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and Belgrano University (UB), an Executive MBA at Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT), and graduated from the École de Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC).
She has more than 20 years of experience in the strategic and integral management of urban projects for international real estate development companies, government entities and references in the hotel and residential Industry: Neogame, Howard Johnson, Crystal Lagoons, Grupo Monarca, among others.
Her continuous training and professional experience have provided her with comprehensive competencies, which allow her to address all aspects of real estate development, including the definition of marketing and commercialization strategies, and the evaluation of the impact of decision-making on projective, economic, financial, legal, and commercial aspects.
